Order Processing

All our products are made on demand after an order is placed.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

During peak seasons, sales events or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing may take longer.

Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 8–12 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier service and circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout.

For integrated Shopify orders, tracking/AWB information is automatically updated when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

Mobile number
Email address
Delivery address
PIN code

Address or phone-number changes may only be possible before dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Remote locations
Incorrect address information
Unforeseen logistical circumstances

RTO / Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel or other delivery-related reasons, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment facility.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping an RTO order.
