Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking details are shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
As our products are made on demand specifically for each order, we follow a limited return, exchange and refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they move into Processing.
Once production/printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled as the product is custom-made for your order.
Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. To request cancellation, contact us with your Order Number.
Size Exchange
Size exchanges may be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Exchange is subject to product and size availability.
- Applicable return and reshipping charges may apply.
- The replacement will be processed after the returned product is received and verified.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
Customer Returns
If you wish to return a product for a reason other than a manufacturing defect or incorrect product, a return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Applicable return/reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Defective / Wrong Products
If you receive a manufacturing-defective, structurally damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For verification, we may require:
- Order number
- Clear high-resolution photographs of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A clear unboxing video
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement/reprint at no additional product cost.
Claims submitted after the applicable 48-hour period may not be eligible for assistance.
Refunds
As our products are manufactured on demand, monetary refunds are generally not provided.
For verified manufacturing defects, structural damage or incorrect products, the resolution will normally be a replacement/reprint.
Any refund that is exceptionally approved will be processed according to the applicable payment and order conditions.
Product Variations
Since our products are custom-manufactured, minor variations in colour, print placement and garment sizing can occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Such minor variations may not be considered manufacturing defects.
Unboxing Video
We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package.
An unboxing video and clear photographs can help us verify claims relating to damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products.
