Because our products are made to order, minor variations in colour, print placement, measurements and appearance may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, colours, sizes and images. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen and manufacturing conditions.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size using our Size Guide before placing an order.

3. Orders

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, unavailable products or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the order enters production/processing.

Once printing or production has started, cancellation may not be possible because the product is made specifically for your order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

All product prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
